Supervisory Human Resources Specialist

About the Position: Serve as the Deputy to the Human Resources Officer and Supervisory Human Resources (HR) Specialist in the Civilian Personnel Branch responsible for providing technical advice and assistance in various civilian HR program areas to all levels of management officials within the Installation Management Command (IMCOM-E) Directorate in Europe.

Analyze Human Resources (HR) programs to determine necessary action for the organization.

Plan projects and studies in various HR program areas including position management, recruitment, workforce development, and performance management.

Prepare reports regarding HR programs and recommend changes.

Provide interpretative guidance to subordinate regional activities on new developments and regulatory guidance.

Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the work of subordinates.
