Company and Organization: Salesforce Customer Success Group (CSG)

Slack, part of Salesforce, sits within the Customer Success Group (CSG), helping customers successfully adopt Slack and continuously realize business value from it. The Success Guide acts as a partner throughout the customer journey, bringing Salesforce's core values of Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, and Equality to life in the field.

1. Role Overview

The Slack Success Guide leads onboarding for customers who have purchased Slack's Enterprise Grid and Premier Success Plan. Slack's Success Plan program is set to launch around late October 2026, and this role will build that delivery capability from the ground up — adapting a standardized onboarding curriculum to each customer's context, with a focus on post-sale enablement.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding programs (1:1 and 1:Many) for Slack Enterprise Grid and Premier Success Plan customers
• Help build the delivery framework and content for the new Slack Success Plan program launching in late October 2026
• Understand customers' business motivations, goals, and desired outcomes, and provide a tailored path to success
• Analyze customer usage data to generate insights on adoption and risk management
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and other internal stakeholders to relay and resolve customer needs
• Contribute to customer success assets (references, case studies) and the internal knowledge library

3. Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience — program planning/delivery, content delivery, or similar (candidates with less than 5 years but strong resentation/facilitation skills may also be considered)
• Strong communication skills — able to identify customer pain points and translate them into next actions
• Ability to flexibly adapt a standardized program to each customer's situation
• Fluent in both Korean for business communication
• Conversational (Reading ＆ Writing) in English
• A fast learner who thrives in a fast-changing environment and can take initiative — this is a new area without a fully established playbook yet

Why Be Proud to be a Slack Success Guide

• One of the fastest-growing areas within Salesforce Korea
• An opportunity to build Slack's Expert Coaching/Success Plan framework from the ground up
• You are the implementer of the customer success roadmap, and a strategic partner working alongside Customer Success Managers and customer stakeholders
