Inside the Role

Inside the Role

Join the fast-paced DTNA Global Indirect Procurement Operational Team, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to create value for the business. Our team ensures purchasing activities are executed efficiently, compliantly, and with a focus on cost optimization, risk mitigation, and exceptional customer support.

As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst I, you will support the Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) process for indirect purchases under $200,000. This role combines operational procurement execution, stakeholder engagement, supplier negotiation, and continuous improvement activities to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with company requirements.

Success in this role requires much more than processing transactions. You will review procurement requests for completeness and compliance, work with business partners to obtain required information and approvals, engage suppliers to identify savings opportunities, support contract reviews, and help mitigate commercial and operational risks. You'll regularly partner with suppliers, Legal, Finance, and internal customers to resolve issues, influence decisions, and drive timely procurement outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build relationships, navigate challenging situations professionally, and balance customer service with sound business judgment. You should be comfortable working independently while also thriving in a highly collaborative team environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, learning, and having fun while achieving shared goals. We welcome candidates who bring fresh perspectives, leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, and are eager to help shape the future of procurement at DTNA.
