Why this role matters
This role helps strengthen the execution of integrated strategic initiatives at a time when organizations are under growing pressure to improve workforce resilience, manage people-related risk, and connect rewards and people strategies to business results. Marsh research highlights that organizations with more advanced risk maturity outperform peers in managing talent- and workforce-related risks, and that strong communication of employee rewards and benefits, employee listening, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning are all associated with stronger outcomes.
