Strategic Project Manager

Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. These are milestones, not the finish line.

With deep expertise in product and technology, we built Homa Lab, our proprietary platform that gives developers the market intelligence, data tools, and game tech, with AI built-in, to find product–market fit fast and scale mass-market games into lasting experiences players enjoy for years.

This is our flywheel: Homa Lab helps studios spot the right ideas early, turn them into games quickly, and reach millions of players. Every launch brings back data and insights that fuel the next hit, making each turn of the loop faster, smarter, and more likely to win. AI supercharges this process, running through everything we do, from everyday tasks to our guiding principles.

What powers the loop is talent density. 220+ people from 30+ nationalities, bringing expertise from the world’s best studios and companies. We uphold ambition, curiosity, humility, and focus, and deliver with speed, excellence, and candor. Since the start, we’ve raised $165M from Headline, Northzone, Eurazeo, Bpifrance, and the founders of King, Sorare, and Spotify, people who’ve built and backed the games and platforms we admire, now supporting our drive to create the next ones.

At Homa, we are building the next billion-player experiences from the ground up and shaping the future of entertainment.

About the role

The Strategic Project Manager role is Homa's program for exceptional talent. We hire bright, ambitious people from different backgrounds and deploy them where they can have the most impact. You'll work directly with our Chief of Staff, the C-level team, and the leaders of the teams you're deployed to.

You'll own projects end to end, with full ownership and autonomy: framing the problem, finding the solution, and driving real, measurable impact. You won't be a support function. You'll be a strategic contributor.

How it works

• Deployed where it matters most. Based on your strengths and the company's priorities, you'll be embedded in one team or several, on the projects that matter most right now.
• Missions of different lengths. Some projects last three months, others a year. When one ends, you move on to the next challenge.
• A true 360° view. Over time, you'll build a deep understanding of how a fast-moving gaming company works, across strategy, product, growth, finance, people, and AI.
• Growing responsibility. As you prove yourself, your scope grows. Some of our Strategic Project Managers go on to lead teams or take permanent roles in the functions they joined.

Where you could be deployed

Your projects could span any of these areas:

• AI. Work with our dedicated AI unit to design and deploy AI-powered workflows across the company.
• Data & Tech. Partner with data and engineering teams on projects where technology drives business impact.
• BD & Partnerships. Drive external growth that expands Homa's ecosystem.
• Product & Gaming. Shape roadmap priorities, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy for our games.
• Growth & User Acquisition. Work on performance strategy, monetization, and scaling initiatives that drive revenue.
• Creatives & Marketing. Shape how our games win attention, from ad creatives, and to trend-driven campaigns.
• People & Transformation. Partner with HR leadership on talent strategy, team structure, and organizational change.
• Finance. Build financial models, business cases, and strategic plans alongside finance leadership.

What you'll do

• Partner. Act as a trusted partner to leadership, turning business needs into structured plans.
• Analyze. Run market research, competitive benchmarks, and business models that inform executive decisions.
• Transform. Lead cross-functional projects that improve how Homa operates and scales.
• Execute. Take initiatives from design to implementation, aligning teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Automate. Use AI to multiply your own impact and your team's.
• Communicate. Build sharp strategic materials and represent leadership in key internal and external forums.

Why Homa

• Exceptional growth. We hire people of outstanding potential, then put them where they can grow fastest.
• Real ownership, early. Your projects will change how Homa operates, and you'll see the results.
• Learn from leadership. You'll work alongside leaders and people who make decisions.
• A high talent bar. Our teams are small and demanding, and the people around you will push you to grow.
• AI at the core. You'll have access to the best AI tools, and you'll help shape how an AI-first company works.

Requirements

Who we're looking for

• A track record of excellence. Strong academic results from a leading school.
• First experience in consulting, finance, tech, gaming, or a fast-paced startup, and achievements beyond your JD.
• Ownership. You drive outcomes; when something breaks, you fix it rather than explain it.

• Initiative. You don't wait for instructions or perfect conditions. You see what needs doing, and you do it.
• Pragmatism. You find the simplest solution that works and make decisions with imperfect information.
• Sharp thinking. You break down complex problems, reason from first principles, and turn data into action.
• AI fluency. AI is already how you work. You use it to automate, accelerate, and rethink.
• Hunger. You're ambitious, high-energy, and grounded. You're building a career, not filling a position.
• Adaptability. You thrive when no two months look the same, and you get up to speed fast in unfamiliar territory.
• Clarity. You communicate in a concise, straight-to-the-point way, both in writing and in person.
• A builder's record (a plus). You've shipped a game, an app, a side project, or an initiative of your own.

Our Culture

At Homa, we prioritise talent, energy, and determination over traditional credentials. We’re building a global community of brilliant, driven people who think boldly, act with pragmatism, move fast, and push boundaries. We believe true innovation comes from diverse perspectives, deep collaboration, and curiosity without limits.

Our culture is grounded in four core values:

• Ambition: We strive for the best - we don’t settle for “good enough,” we use common sense to reach higher.
• Humility: We recognise that we are always learning, we can always improve and grow.
• Curiosity: We continuously seek the “why” behind the “what” - we explore with purpose and practicality.
• Focus: Our curiosity takes us deeper, not wider - we obsess over the details and let pragmatism guide our attention.

Benefits

Building great games starts with building a great place to work. Here’s what you can expect:

• 🏥 Comprehensive Benefits: Depending on your location, you’ll enjoy a range of perks such as insurance, meal vouchers, public transport, gym memberships, and more.
• 🏢 Paris HQ Access: Enjoy a desk at our private office in a well-located WeWork building that will give you access to WeWork perks like rooftop view and designed coworking spaces.
• 🌍 Coworking Access: You will have access to WeWork spaces throughout Europe, along with all their perks and professional office environments.
• 🌐 Global Team: Collaborate in English with top-tier talent from 35+ countries, spanning Europe, the UK, the US, and more. Diversity fuels our creativity and innovation.
• ✈️ Team Gatherings: We value time together beyond the screen. Join us for occasional team gatherings, off-site retreats (Workations as we name them) to connect, recharge, and celebrate.
• 📈 Performance Reviews: We’re committed to your growth. Every six months, we reflect on your progress, recognize your achievements, and align on clear development goals.
• 💻 Equipment Support: From day one, we’ll provide everything you need to do your best work, including a home office setup allowance if you're working remotely.

Where We Hire

Our HQ in Paris is a vibrant hub of creativity, collaboration, and connection. From rooftop lunches and coffee chats to after-work apéros and community events, we’ve designed a space people genuinely enjoy - all within a cozy WeWork filled with good energy (and snacks).

We also have incredible team members across Europe - from Spain and Turkey to Germany, North Macedonia, Poland, the UK, and more. Whether you’re working from a sunny WeWork in Barcelona or your home setup in Warsaw, you’re fully part of our culture. To keep collaboration smooth, we primarily hire within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3). If you're based there - or planning to be - we’d love to hear from you!

Please note: this is one remote position open to multiple countries, not multiple openings.
