Lead testing of: Interrupt handling, DMA flows, MMIO interactions and Multi-device configurations
Drive smoke, regression, and stress validation strategy
Establish performance benchmarking for driver and I/O paths
Perform and guide kernel-level profiling and performance analysis
Utilize and drive adoption of Linux observability tools like ftrace, systrace, perf, procfs (/proc) and sysfs (/sys)
Ensure memory correctness, leak detection, and resource stability
Validate driver reliability under stress and corner-case conditions
Design frameworks for Fault injection and Error handling validation
Debug complex issues across kernel, runtime, and firmware layers
Required Qualifications
8–12 years in Linux kernel/driver validation or development
