Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Sentry Fixed Site Systems team develops integrated autonomous security systems deployed across defense, border security, air defense, maritime, and critical infrastructure missions. These systems combine sensing, autonomy, communications, compute, power, structure, and platform technologies into complete operational capabilities. The team works across multiple engineering disciplines and business lines to deliver fixed-site systems and future integrated variants, while leveraging common Sentry platform technologies wherever possible.
Anduril is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead development and delivery of Sentry Fixed Site Systems. In this role, you will own technical planning and cross-functional execution for integrated fixed-site products, driving alignment across subsystem teams, platform teams, manufacturing, field operations, product management, and business line stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring complex hardware and software subsystems mature into complete, deployable systems that meet customer needs, technical requirements, schedule commitments, and manufacturing readiness expectations.
