Staff Software Engineer. NET Full Stack

• We're leading an AI-powered engineering transformation at scale.

• You have full-stack .NET, React, cloud and DevOps expertise.

• Together we reinvent home lending for millions of customers.

Do work that matters:

Buying a home is one of life's biggest milestones, and we're building the technology that helps customers navigate it long after settlement. As a Staff Software Engineer in the Manage & Own Chapter, you'll help shape digital experiences used by millions of Australians to manage one of their most important financial commitments. Driven by the Seamless Variations and Smarter Repayments squads, this chapter is transforming how customers adapt their home loans as life changes and empowering them with smarter ways to take control of their repayments. Working across .NET, ASP.NET Core, React and Next.js, you'll solve complex engineering challenges at scale while delivering secure, intuitive and high-performing customer experiences.

This is a chapter built for engineers who want real ownership, influence and impact. Operating with a true "you build it, you own it" mindset, you'll drive architecture, shape technical strategy and lead the delivery of modern cloud-native solutions from concept to production. Leveraging AI-powered engineering, DevSecOps practices and modern platform capabilities, you'll work alongside exceptional engineers to build the future of digital home lending. If you're passionate about cutting-edge technology, technical leadership and creating experiences that genuinely improve customers' financial wellbeing, you'll find few opportunities with this level of scale, autonomy and purpose.
