Staff Software Engineer on Phare Health's (part of R1/R37) AI-native healthcare revenue platform, building and maintaining data pipelines that reason over clinical records and claims using Spark, Python, Scala, Databricks, and HL7/FHIR/Epic standards. Hybrid role (min. 3 days/week in office) with mentoring and roadmap ownership.

The Role
As our Staff Software Engineer, you will be a key member of the engineering team and apply advanced technical knowledge, broad knowledge of software engineering best practices, problem-solving, and creativity to build and maintain software products that achieve technical, business, and customer experience goals. To thrive in this role, you must have the ability and willingness to mentor and develop junior software engineers, and act as a thought leader and trusted subject-matter expert in a variety of technical domains.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $120,000.00-$300,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan.
