Senior hands-on individual contributor role building customer-facing product features on a React/TypeScript frontend with Node.js and/or .NET backends on Azure. The engineer owns technical decisions, contributes to architecture, reviews code, and mentors others — with no people management duties.

We don’t expect deep expertise in every area. Strength in some areas and working knowledge in others is absolutely fine.
Technical Environment (High Level)
You’ll work across much of our stack, with flexibility to lean into your strengths.
Experience with infrastructure as code, performance optimisation, or AI-enabled features is a plus, but not required.
