Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible. At Intuit, we are building the operating system that allows businesses to get paid faster, access capital, and manage their financial destiny.
Intuit is seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to spearhead the end-to-end (E2E) experience for our most complex customers, redefining how large enterprises get access to our financial ecosystem — the platform responsible for money in and money out across Intuit’s product ecosystem.
This platform processes billions of dollars in monthly payment volume and powers critical experiences across QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp.
This Product manager will define and drive the core data capabilities that power our financial SaaS application spanning:
Payments and invoicing systems,
Bill Pay and and accounts payable workflows,
Capital lending solutions,
Payroll processing systems.
This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of Embedded Fintech, data infrastructure, measurement, privacy, and platform product, and is responsible for working with our Fintech Data Engineering team to deliver standardized, scalable, and discoverable datasets and frameworks.. You treat data as a product, defining core facts and offering curated, reusable datasets unified across systems and producers. You champion data as a culture through ongoing communication, training, and documentation. You work across Engineering, Data science, Analytics, Privacy, Legal, Marketing, and product teams to ensure our Fintech ecosystem is built on reliable, well-governed, and extensive data foundations.
Responsibilities
Define and prioritize curated data products that combine signals across Intuit’s Embedded Fintech platform into derived datasets that customers and internal products can act on.
Identify opportunities for predictive models that turn historical construction data into forward-looking intelligence. Define the data requirements, success criteria, and business cases for each.
Own the strategy for how Intuit’s Embedded Fintech data combines with external construction system data to create a more complete picture of product and portfolio performance.
Work closely with the teams that own Intuit’s Embedded Fintech’s core data model to ensure curated products are well-grounded in the underlying entities and relationships.
Drive improvement in data quality, completeness, and validation criteria for derived datasets. Understand what 'good data' looks like at Intuit’s different customer configurations and tool adoption levels.
Partner with product teams across Intuit’s Services Organization to understand what data products would unlock the most value for analytics, insights, and AI experiences.
Own APIs and data services that make curated data products available to consuming products and experiences across Intuit.
Make prioritization calls on which data products to invest in next based on customer value and product impact.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams through all phases of product development.
Define and track success metrics for data product adoption and business impact across Intuit’s product portfolio.
Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to move faster and work smarter.
Qualifications
6-8 years of product management experience on data products, data platforms, analytics infrastructure, or ML/AI products in B2B SaaS.
Deep expertise in defining derived data products or curated datasets — you’ve taken raw platform data and turned it into something more valuable than the sum of its parts.
Understanding of data modeling concepts — entity-relationship design, semantic models, API design, and the tradeoffs between flexibility and structure. You need to understand a core data model well enough to build confidently on top of it. Experience with cross-system data is a plus.
Track record of working across many teams without direct authority. You’ll need to build relationships, create buy-in, and resolve conflicts when teams have competing data needs.
Strong enough technically to review data model designs, evaluate API contracts, and have credible conversations with data engineers and backend engineers. You should be able to look at a dataset and spot what’s missing.
Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders on long-term money services strategy.
BS or B.Tech required
