As part of this role, you will regularly visit Harman premises to collaborate directly with engineering and product teams. Leveraging your deep expertise in AI‑driven validation, automation frameworks, and large‑scale test architectures, you will guide software engineering teams in adopting modern, intelligent testing practices. You will play a central role in enabling AI‑based testing across the entire Intelligent Cockpit division, ensuring higher efficiency, improved coverage, and faster time to market.
Your technical leadership and ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions make you a key contributor to the success of Harman’s customer programs and a strategic asset for the Intelligent Cockpit organization.
Your Team: You will lead a small testing team, plan their tasks, and bring them to closure.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Architect the test systems, validation strategy, and overall quality framework for the Intelligent Cockpit division.
- Provide technical leadership for the development of the testing framework used to design test cases and support automation across the product line.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leaders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, technical coherence, and shared quality objectives.
- Proactively gather technical input from software engineering teams and drive the definition, evolution, and continuous improvement of software testing solutions.
- Design and implement automation, AI‑enabled validation, and DevOps solutions for the Software Product division.
- Support managers by clarifying technical issues related to software development, testability, integration, and system behavior.
