Maintain and expand automation regression suites across multiple applications and functional domains.
Develop QE project plans and track quality‑engineering progress against established milestones.
Coach and mentor QE team members, contributing to capability development and best‑practice adoption.
Perform highly complex testing to ensure systems are implemented and functioning as designed.
Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex projects using business requirements and technical design documentation.
Execute complex test cases both manually and through automation as needed.
Lead defect triage for complex issues, including assessment, documentation, and retesting; act as a subject‑matter expert in specialized testing areas.
