Clara Lending Co. is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead the Internal Developer Platform, standardize CI/CD, and shape FinOps. You’ll manage a multi-country Kubernetes setup on EKS, support Kafka-based event streams, and drive secure, scalable infrastructure across MX/CO/BR.
Hybrid work with on-call rotations is expected. The role requires 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS/Kubernetes/Kafka experience, and a track record in security and compliance.
