You will support the planning, design, and documentation of multifamily and mixed-use projects. You will work closely with senior designers and project teams from concept through construction.

The Experience We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
- 2-4 years of professional experience in architecture, urban design, or a related practice
- Strong design sensibility and interest in multifamily and mixed-use projects
- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Preferred:
- Exposure to all project phases, including construction documents
- Familiarity with wood and concrete construction
- Interest in long-term growth within an architecture and urban design firm
- Ability to balance creativity with technical discipline
What Your Future With Us Will Look Like
This is a hands-on, production-oriented role for an early-career designer. You will work in a studio environment, meet deadlines, and help deliver high-quality design.
Day to day, you will:
- Support senior designers and project managers on planning and design
- Assist with site planning, building design, and architectural detailing
- Contribute to schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Prepare drawings, diagrams, and presentation materials to firm standards
- Produce accurate drawings and models in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Support BIM workflows and keep project files organized
- Use Bluebeam for markups and document review
- Help coordinate and check construction documents
- Work with consultants as directed by project leaders
- Join design reviews and pin-ups
- Build your skills through mentorship and project experience
