Shape the voice, tone, and content strategy for AI-powered cloud-commerce products, guiding users through complex journeys with clear, empathetic messaging.
✨ Senior UX Writer | United States | Remote
Join Pax8 as a Senior UX Writer and help shape how users experience, understand, and engage with the next generation of intelligent products.
🚀 Help Define the Voice of a New Product Future
This is not a traditional UX writing role. You'll join a team supporting the Horizon organization, helping define the content strategy, voice, tone, and engagement approach for an emerging product area. You'll influence how users interact with complex technology, drive product adoption, and contribute to initiatives that support scalable, touchless growth.
At Pax8, we are embracing an AI-powered future, and you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside evolving technologies, experiment with new approaches, and help shape how content enables exceptional user experiences.
🌎 Why Pax8?
We're building the future of cloud commerce and managed intelligence. Our culture is centered around innovation, collaboration, and meaningful impact. Every team member has the opportunity to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and help create better experiences for our partners and customers.

✍️ What You'll Be Doing
🔹 Create end-to-end content experiences that guide users through product journeys with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
🔹 Develop messaging frameworks, voice principles, and content strategies that align user needs with business outcomes.
🔹 Shape the voice and tone of emerging product experiences while ensuring consistency across multiple touchpoints.
🔹 Manage and continuously improve content within content management systems and product experience platforms.
🔹 Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
🔹 Leverage user research, experimentation, analytics, and feedback to refine content and improve engagement.
🔹 Build and maintain content standards, governance models, and scalable content systems.
🔹 Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous learning, creativity, and innovation.
🔹 Explore and apply AI-powered tools and workflows that improve content quality, efficiency, and user outcomes.
🎯 The Impact You'll Make
Your work will help define how users understand and interact with new product experiences across the business. You'll influence strategic decisions, create scalable content frameworks, and help build self-service experiences that empower users while supporting business growth. The content experiences you create will directly contribute to adoption, engagement, and long-term product success.
