Sr. Technical Writer II (6838)

As a Sr. Technical Writer II, You will work alongside engineers responsible for cloud services, a suite of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools, and the container-based infrastructure platform to turn firsthand knowledge of how these services are built and operated into clear, accurate documentation. You will develop a framework for internal documentation that helps teams maintain and support these services, along with user-facing guidance and briefings for government stakeholders. You will own the documentation lifecycle: identifying gaps, verifying content with technical owners, publishing updates, and keeping knowledge assets current as systems change. You will also integrate automation and artificial intelligence (AI) into documentation workflows to improve efficiency and modernize how knowledge is created, maintained, and shared.
