Lead end-to-end enterprise deployments for banks and fintechs, integrating APIs, SDKs, and cloud systems to cut time-to-live and ensure secure, compliant risk decisioning at scale.
Bureau is a unified risk decisioning platform for Compliance, Fraud, and Transaction risks. Our platform is a single decision-making engine, powered by a 1 billion+ identity knowledge graph. Over 150 Banks, fintechs, retailers, and digital platforms use Bureau to verify identities faster and stop fraud earlier globally.
Bureau has raised $50M+ from renowned Silicon Valley and global investors including Sorenson Capital and PayPal Ventures and is expanding rapidly from APAC to Americas, Europe, and beyond.
Bureau is building the infrastructure that makes digital identities and transactions safe and trustworthy for billions of people. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is real.
We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, build systems from scratch, and care deeply about turning strategy into execution. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won't be your place. If you want to shape how a scaling global company operates—keep reading.
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager (Senior IC) reporting directly to the CTO Organization, you will be the single point of technical accountability for Bureau’s largest enterprise deployments ($25k+ ACV) across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors.
This is an execution-heavy, client-facing role for a hands-on leader who thrives on end-to-end ownership. You will sit directly between client CTOs, engineering leads, and security reviewers, and internal software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive rapid Customer Time-to-Live (TTL) and high post-go-live NPS.
End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Lead post-deal enterprise implementations from kickoff, technical scoping, and integration testing through go-live and hypercare.
Platform & API Integration: Oversee complex integrations across REST APIs, webhooks, mobile SDKs (iOS/Android), device intelligence, and cloud infrastructure.
TTL Optimization: Relentlessly reduce Customer Time-to-Live (TTL) without compromising reliability, security, or compliance.
Executive & Technical Partner: Serve as the primary client-facing technical lead for customer CTOs, Chief Risk Officers (CROs), and security leads.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate complex client technical constraints and banking architectures into crisp, actionable requirements for internal Engineering and Product teams.
Blocker Resolution: Partner with Solutions Engineering and Product to identify and resolve integration bottlenecks rapidly.
Dependency Mapping: Map and track complex multi-party dependencies across core banking systems, loan origination systems (LOS), and payment gateways.
Proactive Mitigation: Anticipate technical risks (API latency, SDK compatibility, data residency) early in the delivery cycle and execute concrete mitigation plans.
BFSI Security Compliance: Ensure deployments strictly comply with banking security standards, data privacy, and SOC2/ISO regulations.
Delivery Cadences: Establish project tracking frameworks (Jira, Linear, Confluence) and communication channels tailored for large-scale external customer rollouts.
Executive Metrics: Track and report delivery velocity, milestone adherence, and CSAT directly to client steering committees and Bureau leadership.
Playbook Standardization: Build scalable onboarding runbooks and integration templates to streamline future enterprise deliveries.
8–12 Years Experience: Proven track record in Technical Program Management or Technical Delivery in B2B SaaS, Fintech, RegTech, or API-first platform companies.
Senior IC Capability: Proven track record as a high-impact individual contributor capable of driving multi-million-dollar deployments independently without needing a team of direct reports.
BFSI Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience delivering complex integrations for Tier-1/2 Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, or large payment processors.
System Architecture Depth: Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, microservices, mobile SDKs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and distributed systems.
Client Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated success managing client C-suite executives, enterprise architects, and engineering teams.
Agile Execution: Deep proficiency in sprint planning, risk tracking, and structured delivery in fast-paced environments.
Risk & Fraud Domain: Prior exposure to identity verification (KYC/AML), fraud prevention, device intelligence, or payment processing ecosystems.
BFSI Security & Compliance: Familiarity with regional banking regulations, data residency rules, and security compliance standards (RBI guidelines, SOC2, ISO 27001).
Technical Background: Background in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting prior to moving into technical program management.
Customer Time-to-Live (TTL): Speed from deal closure to production go-live.
Post-Go-Live NPS & CSAT: Technical customer satisfaction and delivery quality score.
Milestone Delivery Velocity: On-time execution of integration milestones and engineering deliverables.
