• Analyze business processes and system functionality to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and develop scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer communications delivery.
• Collaborate with development, quality engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams to support releases, system upgrades, maintenance activities, regulatory changes, and ongoing application modernization initiatives.

The experience you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, and support of user acceptance testing.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage requirements, user stories, features, defects, testing activities, and delivery tracking.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting production applications, including incident management, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, testing practices, and change management processes.
• Experience creating business process flows, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

What makes you stand out:
