About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for an experienced Senior Strategic Alliance Marketing Manager to lead marketing for a significant new strategic technology partnership in Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage of a multi-year relationship and help shape how the partnership is positioned, brought to market and developed as it evolves. This role will own the relationship from a marketing perspective, acting as the strategic marketing lead responsible for developing the strategy, driving the roadmap and ensuring progress against key priorities and milestones.
Working closely with the Alliance Lead responsible for the broader commercial relationship and the Field Marketing Manager responsible for in-market activation and execution, this individual will bring together teams across CrowdStrike and the partner organisation to deliver an impactful and measurable go-to-market strategy, initially focused on Germany with the opportunity to scale across wider European markets as the partnership evolves.
What You'll Do
Own the Alliance Partnership from a marketing perspective, developing and driving the joint marketing strategy, roadmap, priorities and measures of success.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across CrowdStrike and the partner organisation, acting as the central marketing point of coordination for the partnership.
Translate the evolving technology proposition into compelling positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies for relevant European audiences.
Drive marketing from initial market and category awareness through solution adoption, demand creation and longer-term growth.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, Communications, PR and Digital to deliver against agreed objectives.
Develop integrated B2B marketing programs spanning campaigns, content, digital, IT industry events, strategic sponsorships and executive engagement.
Support go-to-market strategies for emerging technology propositions, including sovereign cloud and AI-native cybersecurity, across enterprise, public-sector and highly regulated industries.
As the partnership develops, build scalable approaches that enable the wider partner ecosystem to take relevant propositions and solutions to their customers.
Establish clear KPIs and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness, progress and business impact.
Provide regular executive-level updates on progress, results, key milestones, risks and next steps.
Proactively identify opportunities and dependencies, mobilising the appropriate teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
What You’ll Need
12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 8+ years within technology, enterprise software, cloud, cybersecurity or related markets.
Proven experience leading strategic marketing initiatives, technology alliances or complex B2B go-to-market programs.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology and the ability to translate complex technical propositions into compelling market narratives.
Experience within cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, sovereign cloud or data sovereignty would be highly advantageous.
Experience marketing to public-sector organisations and/or highly regulated industries would be a strong advantage.
Demonstrated success building and managing senior stakeholder relationships across complex, matrixed organisations.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
Strong project and program management experience, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and dependencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and credibility to present regularly to senior and executive leadership.
Broad understanding of integrated B2B marketing across partner, field, digital, content, communications, events and brand.
Strategic and analytical thinker with a strong bias for action and the ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
Fluency in both German and English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Germany-based with the ability and willingness to travel regularly to partner locations and relevant meetings and events throughout Europe.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
