UST is hiring a Senior Python Backend Developer (7+ years) to build REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Django, and Flask. The role involves hands-on backend development, performance monitoring and troubleshooting with AppDynamics, database work (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB), and Git/CI/CD in an Agile environment.

Strong hands-on expertise in Python. Extensive experience with FastAPI, Django, and Flask. Experience building REST APIs and Microservices. Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, and Software Engineering principles. Hands-on experience with AppDynamics (Application Performance Monitoring). Experience in performance analysis, root cause identification, and troubleshooting using AppDynamics. Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases. Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. Good-to-Have Skills AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud exposure. Docker and Kubernetes. Kafka or RabbitMQ.
