The IFF Directorate, Identification Friend or Foe, within the Collins Aerospace Mission Systems team, is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead our Production Programs and Platform Integration efforts across multiple domestic and international platforms. Immediate responsibilities include managing multiple production contracts and supporting existing product deliveries, including customer communications and DMS management. Duties include management of all cost, schedule, and technical execution of assigned programs. The individual will work closely with multiple customers and will require solid interpersonal /relationship skills to secure new business in support of the IFF Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments.

The Sr. Program Manager will communicate with senior management (and/or customers) through briefing packages, EACs, and technical proposals, Gate Reviews and present Program Plans that accurately reflect the program's health and must be achievable. Since there are generally no direct reports to the PM in a matrixed organization, the PM must have good communication skills to engage the team and functional management to achieve results. This will include working with section and department managers to ensure the team members have the correct technical skills to execute the program. The PM must continue to evaluate the needed skills and develop high performing teams. Given the size and complexity of these efforts, delegation and supervision of work products is necessary to ensure technical results as well as cost and schedule.
