This leader is expected to have/develop a deep understanding of the evolving agentic commerce ecosystem, inside and outside Visa, and define how fraud, abuse, and trust challenges emerge when AI agents participate in commerce. They will lead RAS thinking on risk posture, narratives, and solution strategies, partnering closely with the Agentic Commerce and multiple RAS product teams to drive clear, actionable outcomes.

Working across cross-functional teams including Agentic Commerce, Product, Technology, Data Science, and Market teams, this role will define fraud and risk strategies, risk product direction, and solution approaches that enable safe adoption and scale. Track and synthesize trends in AI agents, digital identity, delegated authorization, wallet ecosystems, tokenization, and emerging fraud patterns, and evaluate risk and security implications.
Drive cross‑functional solutioning and product execution, aligning RAS fraud, identity, authentication, disputes, and data/AI teams to deliver cohesive solutions, unified roadmaps, and clear product requirements from discovery through go/no‑go. This includes leading discovery, design thinking, and prototyping, and translating strategy into concrete product artifacts and launch decisions.
