Sr. Product Designer - Contract

The Design Opportunity

Design at Luxury Presence is core to our mission: to empower real estate entrepreneurs with elegant, user-centered tools. We believe great design starts with understanding — of the customer, the problem, and the context. Our best work is driven by curiosity about how people think, what they need, and where their current tools fall short.

We value usability, not as a feature, but as a baseline expectation. Our team obsesses over reducing friction, making workflows intuitive, and solving real pain points with clarity and care.

At the same time, we hold a high bar for visual quality. Designers here know when to polish, when to iterate, and how to use thoughtful craft to earn trust, build delight, and elevate the overall experience. We celebrate simplicity, consistency, and purposeful design.

Whether you’re passionate about UX systems, elegant interfaces, or shaping the quality of a product area, we’ll support you in doing the best design work of your career.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (contract) to lead product design efforts within one of our core product areas. You’ll own experiences end to end — from framing problems and surfacing user needs to delivering polished, dev-ready designs — in close partnership with product, engineering, and other functions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving real user problems, can operate independently in a defined space, and wants to grow their influence across craft, collaboration, and product thinking.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design end-to-end user experiences, from early discovery and low-fidelity exploration to detailed, dev-ready execution.

• Stay deeply connected to user needs through research, interviews, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Translate insights into clear, usable, and delightful solutions — designing for multiple states, edge cases, and accessibility needs.

• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to frame problems and identify the right solutions.

• Prototype and test concepts quickly using the appropriate fidelity and tools.

• Contribute to our design system, ensuring patterns are reusable, accessible, and well-documented.

• Share work early and often: give and receive feedback, participate in critique, and help uplevel team quality.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design

• Strong experience designing and shipping digital products in cross-functional teams.

• A portfolio that highlights user-centered problem solving, strong UX thinking, and high-quality craft.

• Proficiency in Figma, with comfort in component libraries, prototyping, and design tokens.

• Clear, confident communication of design decisions, user needs, and tradeoffs.

• A keen eye for visual and interaction design, with the judgment to know when to polish and when to ship.

• Curiosity, empathy, and a drive to improve user outcomes through design.
