Sr. Product Analyst - HYBRID

Why ReachMobi?
At ReachMobi, there are no ceilings. You are the owner and architect of your career path, with no one-size-fits-all model. We are both visionaries and builders, operating without bureaucracy or red tape. Our ethos is simple: have an idea in the morning, ship it by the afternoon, and have data by the evening. No matter your role, you operate as a founder, building, scaling, and continuously growing into what’s next.

As an incubator for app studios, we provide the technology, leadership, and resources needed to turn bold ideas into scalable businesses. We don’t just build apps, we build the companies behind them and the future CEOs who lead them.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Own the end-to-end process of querying, validating, and analyzing large datasets to uncover insights that drive product, growth, and monetization decisions.
• Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to forecast user lifetime value (LTV), acquisition costs, retention trends, and overall business performance.
• Analyze acquisition performance, user behavior patterns, engagement trends, and monetization metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve decision-making.
• Build scalable SQL queries and forecasting models that support performance tracking, strategic planning, and optimization efforts across the business.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by auditing data sources, validating metrics, and improving reporting processes.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Help shape how teams think about performance by identifying meaningful trends, surfacing risks, and providing proactive insights.
• Mentor junior analysts by reviewing work, sharing best practices, and helping elevate analytical thinking across the team.

What You Need:

• 5–7 years of experience in analytics roles, with significant exposure to product analytics, user acquisition, growth, or performance marketing data.
• Advanced SQL expertise with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and independently work with large datasets.
• Strong spreadsheet modeling skills for forecasting, trend analysis, scenario planning, and business reporting.
• Experience analyzing user behavior, retention, monetization, and acquisition performance to support business growth.
• Strong understanding of KPI development, performance measurement, and data validation practices.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical findings for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts is a plus.

Values

At ReachMobi, our core values guide how we work, make decisions, and show up every day. We move fast, take ownership, and focus on delivering results that matter. We rely on data to guide our decisions, challenge ourselves to continuously improve, and stay focused on winning as a team. We operate without drama or ego, treating others with respect and keeping our attention on the work. Together, these values set clear expectations for accountability, collaboration, and performance across the company.

• Data Driven: We speak in data and act on what matters. Decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumptions, and we use data to focus on the work that has the greatest impact.
• Get Sh*t Done: We move fast, take ownership, and deliver. We focus on action over process and don’t get stuck in unnecessary meetings or red tape. Everyone is empowered to solve problems, follow through, and get the work across the finish line.
• Beat the Goat: We challenge the best and keep iterating until we win. We don’t settle for “good enough,” and we don’t wait for permission to make things better. This value reflects a relentless focus on results, the courage to take smart risks, and the discipline to keep pushing forward when things get hard. We take ownership, learn quickly, and adapt until we find the right solution.
• No Drama, No Egos, No As*holes: Drama distracts. Ego isolates. We focus on the work. Drama is distracting, and we can’t win when ego gets in the way. We treat others with respect, regardless of title or role, and we don’t let hierarchy define how we collaborate. When we leave drama at the door and put ego aside, we create an environment where teams can focus, trust each other, and win together.
