Senior platform product manager who owns the strategy for the National Restaurant Association's learning and credentialing content ecosystem — modernizing CMS, course/test delivery, and content architecture into structured, AI-ready knowledge infrastructure. Works hybrid (3 days onsite) from the Chicago office with product, UX, engineering, and data/AI teams.
The National Restaurant Association and National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation are proud to be part of a highly respected industry, providing hospitality, opportunity, and quality of life. Much like the industry we represent, we have a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive culture, grounded in trust, hospitality, collaboration, and innovation.
These are the core values that inspire our work, and what we’re looking for in a Senior Platform Product Manager, Knowledge, who will be responsible for devising and executing the strategy for authoritative knowledge as a core, differentiating capability within a large-scale learning and credentialing ecosystem, and as an engine enabling continuous innovative value creation.
The learning products offered by the National Restaurant Association reach a global audience of nearly two million individuals a year through our educational offerings and operational support services. We focus on both compliance-driven and career-development engagements for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Reporting to the SVP, Product Strategy & Innovation, this individual accelerates the implementation and impact of an emerging best-in-class content product platform ecosystem, including but not limited to course and test delivery, and website CMS, while ushering in a new knowledge infrastructure model that unlocks immense value in combination with emerging technologies and in alignment with evolving consumer expectations.
The role partners deeply across product management, product development, user experience, engineering, and business stakeholders, and is accountable for transforming how the Association’s authoritative expertise is created, managed, delivered, experienced, and tracked.
This position operates from our Chicago office, following our hybrid work structure with a required three days onsite, Monday - Wednesday and remote days Thursday and Friday.
We are proud to offer our team members comprehensive benefits, designed to support their financial, professional, and personal well-being. In addition to outstanding healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), competitive salaries, generous vacation and leave time, we offer a matching 401(k) plan, a unique collection of corporate discounts and memberships, as well as programs to support career and skills development, including learning and tuition assistance, and so much more.
