A senior data steward who owns enterprise master data across customer, vendor, material/product, and finance domains — setting data standards, monitoring quality with KPIs and dashboards, and supporting ERP transformations, M&A integrations, and governance programs. Core tools include SQL, Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), and MDM platforms like SAP MDG, Informatica, and Collibra.

ProAmpac is seeking a Senior Master Data Steward to strengthen the governance, quality, and integrity of critical enterprise data. In this highly collaborative role, you will own master data management across key domains including customer, vendor, material/product, and finance data.
You will partner closely with business leaders and IT teams to establish standards, processes, and controls that ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable. This role also provides the opportunity to support ERP transformations, M&A integrations, and the continued evolution of our enterprise data governance program.

You will:
You understand that effective master data management goes beyond maintaining clean records. You bring a governance mindset, strong business partnership skills, and the discipline to create standards that drive consistency and trust across the organization.
You can work comfortably in the details while also understanding how data impacts enterprise processes, reporting, compliance, and decision-making. You know how to identify issues, bring stakeholders together, and implement sustainable solutions that improve business outcomes.
