Sr. Marketing & Communications Coordinator (HYBRID)

ESSC Title: Sr. Marketing Coordinator

At ESS Companies (ESSC), we empower people to own their futures by redefining the employee and client experience. As a 100% employee-owned powerhouse of heavy civil construction companies — Emery Sapp & Sons, Achen-Gardner Construction, Rummel Construction, Monks Construction, ESCO Construction, Barrows Excavation, and Premier Testing Laboratories — we do it For The Workers. Our purpose drives our performance, and our performance builds strong communities.

ESSC is entering a new chapter. Backed by a strong executive team and a solid foundation, we've established a clear, recognizable identity in the market. Now we're scaling what we've built — driving greater alignment and impact across our companies, industries, and communities.

Our people build infrastructure that lasts for generations, and we bring that same care to our brand and marketing work. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team — someone with the skills to do the job and the passion to do it right. Marketers at ESSC are self-starters with a collaborative spirit and action-oriented mindset, with a genuine belief in the power of purpose-driven work.
