Sr Market Access Manager

Primary Function of Position

(Sr) Market Access Manager is responsible for shaping healthcare policy and effectively communicating the value of Intuitive's products to secure sustainable market access within Korea's reimbursement framework. This role leads the end-to-end market access strategy and execution for the da Vinci and Ion portfolio, owning the clinical, economic, and access-focused evidence strategy required to support reimbursement and broad adoption — with a strong focus on nHTA strategy, reimbursement pricing strategy development, and reimbursement pathway execution.

The primary mission is to create and sustain a favorable healthcare environment by identifying, prioritizing, and removing access, coverage, reimbursement, evidence, and economic barriers that may limit adoption of Intuitive's current and future technologies. To achieve this, the role translates clinical and economic evidence into payer-ready value narratives and submission materials, supports negotiations and stakeholder engagement, and ensures all access strategies are aligned with business priorities and compliant with local regulations.

This role partners closely with the daVinci and Ion Business Units and cross-functional stakeholders — including Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, HEOR, GPA, Product Management, Marketing, and Commercial — to secure and optimize coverage, reimbursement, coding, and hospital adoption. Working in close alignment with these partners, the (Sr) Market Access Manager ensures that access strategies are fully synchronized with the company's business objectives and corporate strategy, converting policy wins into sustainable, measurable adoption across target sites. Success in this role will be measured by timely and successful nHTA outcomes, pricing and reimbursement approvals, time-to-access, and the ability to convert policy wins into sustainable adoption across target sites

This position reports directly to the Director, Global Access, Value & Economics, South Korea.
