Job Description

As an IT Leader within the IT Global Sales organization, you will be the strategic driver of our Oracle Fusion CX Cloud environment. • Solution Architecture: Design scalable, integrated solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for all API-led data flow between Oracle CX, ERP (Oracle Fusion/EBS), and third-party systems. This includes designing solutions for the Fusion CPQ and Pricing to ensure seamless integration, leveraging Oracle's productized integrations.

• Practice & Project Management: Oversee multiple work-streams of CX implementations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets ROI targets.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary advisor to executive stakeholders. Translate complex technical requirements into business value and drive executive alignment on digital transformation initiatives.

• Process Engineering: Analyze and re-engineer global business processes. Leverage Oracle CX best practices to automate workflows, improve user experience for sales and service agents, and enhance data integrity.

• Mentorship & Team Growth: Lead and develop a team of internal analysts and external partners. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and agile delivery.

• Innovation & Trends: Drive the adoption of Oracle Fusion AI features by designing solutions that leverage a unified data model across the Fusion ecosystem. Plan for the integration of emerging AI solutions like Oracle's embedded AI agents and the upcoming Oracle AI Fusion learning paths.

Key Competencies

• Change Management: Proven ability to drive user adoption in a complex, global environment.

• Analytical Mindset: Using data-driven insights to measure system performance and business impact.
