Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Analytics Strategy & Leadership – Lead the organization's enterprise analytics function and establish a scalable reporting and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Enterprise Reporting & Business Intelligence – Oversee the development, enhancement, and governance of enterprise reporting solutions within Power BI, ensuring consistency, usability, and adoption across business functions.
- Team Leadership & Development – Lead, coach, develop, and mentor a team of analytics professionals by establishing clear expectations, building technical and business acumen, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

- Data Visualization & Governance – Establish reporting standards, visualization best practices, and governance frameworks that improve consistency, trust, and business adoption of analytics across the enterprise.
- Change Leadership & Analytics Culture – Champion a data-driven culture by increasing analytics adoption, influencing business decisions, and helping stakeholders incorporate data into strategic planning and daily operations.

- Advanced expertise with Power BI, including enterprise reporting strategy, dashboard development, and visualization best practices.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to influence strategy and business decisions through data-driven insights.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and consulting skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations.
