Sr. IT Project Manager - Everbridge
Employment Type: Contract (12+ months)
Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid – onsite one day per month)
*Candidate must be based in Texas for consideration
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the rollout of an employee notification system (Everbridge), with additional enterprise-scale projects to follow once that implementation transitions to operations. This is a highly visible role managing overlapping legacy and new systems with real interdependencies, not a single, straightforward software rollout, so candidates need genuine experience leading complex implementations rather than coordinating individual project tasks. The ideal candidate brings strong vendor and contract management skills, executive-facing communication, and delivery discipline, along with public sector experience, ideally in public safety or another mission-critical operational environment. This is a long-term, funded engagement offering stability and the opportunity to take on additional high-impact assignments.
