• Generate and evolve innovative concepts through sketching, ideation, rapid visualization, and facilitated creative workshops/concept sprints.
• Set project agendas, facilitate team conversations, synthesize diverse inputs, and provide clear design direction—adapting perspectives based on new information.
• Translate user insights, brand strategy, and technical constraints into compelling product solutions using expert-level 3D/CAD tools and high-quality surface modeling.
• Apply deep manufacturing/materials knowledge to deliver innovative, feasible, and cost-effective designs; stay current and proactively explore new tools, technologies, methods, and trends.
• Build, evaluate, and iterate appearance/functional prototypes with model makers and prototyping teams to refine form, ergonomics, and usability; produce production-ready data.
• Collaborate seamlessly across global, cross-functional teams and with external suppliers/manufacturers; ensure design intent through engineering/manufacturing while managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and mentoring junior designers.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).
