ARE YOU AN ELITE FRONTEND ENGINEER WHO CAN OWN MORE THAN JUST UI?

At Crebos, we’re not looking for someone who simply receives designs, converts them into screens, and completes tickets.

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with exceptional expertise in React.js and React Native, strong knowledge of the complete modern React ecosystem, AI proficiency, extreme ownership, product thinking, and a business-oriented mindset.

You should understand the customer problem, translate requirements into exceptional digital experiences, make strong technical decisions, anticipate risks, and take ownership from requirement clarification through production delivery.

At Crebos, we call these people our Spartans – elite performers who take ownership, raise standards, and make the entire team stronger.

ABOUT CREBOS INTERNATIONAL

Crebos is an international software development company headquartered in the Netherlands, working on innovative and complex digital products.

We believe in ownership, accountability, customer value, engineering excellence, business thinking, AI leverage, and continuous improvement.

THE MINDSET & TRAITS WE EXPECT

• Business Clarity – Understand why something is being built, the customer/business problem, and the value it should create.

• Success Definition – Clearly understand what “done” and successful mean before development starts.

• Scope Discipline – Understand requirements, dependencies, assumptions, and edge cases while avoiding unnecessary complexity.

• Extreme Ownership – Own outcomes end-to-end. Don't hide behind design, backend, QA, or requirements. Escalate blockers early and drive problems to resolution.

• Risk Awareness – Identify technical risks, UX issues, performance bottlenecks, integration dependencies, compatibility issues, and edge cases before they affect customers.

• Delivery Predictability – Make realistic commitments, communicate deviations early, and consistently deliver production-ready work.

• Systems Thinking – Build reusable components, scalable architecture, design systems, standards, and solutions rather than repeatedly solving the same problems.

• AI Leverage – Use AI effectively across development, debugging, testing, code reviews, research, documentation, refactoring, and automation to measurably improve speed and quality.

• Continuous Improvement – Turn bugs, feedback, and delivery lessons into better standards, processes, automation, and reusable solutions.

FRONTEND + PRODUCT + CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MINDSET

Your responsibility does not end when the UI matches the design. The frontend is where customers experience the product.

You should naturally think about:

• User experience and customer journeys

• Pixel-accurate and responsive implementation

• Frontend architecture and reusable components

• Performance and Core Web Vitals

• Accessibility and usability

• Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

• Mobile experience and platform differences

• State and data management

• API integration and error handling

• Loading, empty, failure, and edge states

• Security and frontend best practices

• Automated testing and maintainability

• Production monitoring and debugging

• Scalability and long-term technical quality

A feature should be fast, intuitive, responsive, reliable, accessible, maintainable, tested, and production-ready.

We need someone really solid in React.js, React Native, and the complete modern React ecosystem.

Strong practical knowledge of:

• React.js, React Native & Next.js

• JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript

• HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, Flexbox and Grid

• Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, Styled Components or similar approaches

• REST APIs and frontend/backend integration

• Authentication and authorization flows

• WebSockets and real-time functionality

• React Native navigation, native modules, permissions, deep linking, push notifications, and platform-specific behaviour

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of strong frontend development experience.

• Deep production expertise in React.js and React Native.

• Strong experience with Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, modern React patterns, state management, and the broader React ecosystem.

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design systems, performance, security, accessibility, testing, and maintainability.

AI PROFICIENCY IS IMPORTANT

AI is not optional for modern senior engineers at Crebos.

You should be highly proficient with AI-assisted development tools and use them effectively for development, debugging, testing, code reviews, research, documentation, automation, and problem-solving.

We want someone who can demonstrate measurable productivity and quality improvements through AI while still applying strong engineering judgment and independently validating AI-generated solutions.

AI should multiply your capability – not replace your technical understanding.

WHY JOIN CREBOS?

At Crebos, you’ll get an environment, platform, responsibility, and level of exposure designed to accelerate your growth beyond what you would typically experience in a conventional development role.

• High-Performance Environment – Work with people who value ownership, accountability, customer value, speed, and quality.

• Real Ownership & Business Exposure – Don't just convert designs into screens. Understand the product, customer, and business and own outcomes.

• International Exposure – Be part of a Netherlands-headquartered organization working on international projects.

• AI-First Engineering Mindset – Use AI and modern technology to multiply your impact.

• Challenging Projects – Work on scalable applications across Fintech, SaaS, B2B, and other complex domains.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Full-time position based in Mohali, India (Hybrid options may be available for exceptional candidates).

• This role carries significantly higher expectations than a conventional frontend development position.

• We expect React.js & React Native excellence, extreme ownership, product thinking, customer orientation, business understanding, risk awareness, predictable delivery, systems thinking, AI proficiency, and continuous improvement.

We are not building an average engineering team. We are building a team of Spartans.

People who take ownership. Understand the business. Care deeply about customers. Think before they build. Identify risks early. Deliver what they commit to. Use AI to multiply their impact. And continuously raise the standards of themselves and everyone around them.

If you are looking only for a comfortable frontend job where you receive designs, develop screens, complete tickets, and move on, this may not be the right role for you.

But if you want to challenge yourself, accelerate your growth, take real ownership, build exceptional customer experiences, and become an elite frontend engineer and technical leader, Crebos will give you the platform to do it.
