THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A – Corporate Financial Analysis & Earnings will play a key role in the company’s quarterly earnings, external guidance, landing estimate, and in-year financial analysis, helping leadership understand expected financial performance and the potential range of outcomes.
This role will develop financial analyses and scenarios that connect current business performance, key financial drivers, risks, and opportunities to expected quarter-end and full-year financial results.
The Senior Financial Analyst will support the development of earnings and quarter-end financial materials and partner closely with Corporate FP&A, Investor Relations, Accounting, and functional Finance teams to ensure financial results and outlook are accurately and clearly communicated.
This role requires strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication capabilities with the ability to connect detailed financial information to the broader financial story and external outlook.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
- Support development of quarterly earnings and quarter-end financial materials, including financial results, key performance drivers, year-over-year comparisons, outlook updates, and supporting analyses.
- Develop and maintain quarterly landing estimates using current performance, latest business trends, risks and opportunities, and key financial drivers to provide leadership with an updated view of expected quarter-end results.
- Support the company’s external guidance process, developing financial analyses that help leadership evaluate expected outcomes, key assumptions, risks, opportunities, and potential guidance ranges.
- Develop and maintain in-year scenario and sensitivity models that connect key business drivers such as sales, margin and SG&A to potential operating income, earnings, and other financial outcomes.
- Partner with the Corporate Performance Management team to translate the latest internal financial outlook, risks, opportunities, and business drivers into landing estimates, earnings analyses, guidance, and financial scenarios.
- Analyze the relationship between the internal financial outlook, external guidance, and consensus expectations, helping leadership understand key differences, sensitivities, and potential implications.
- Partner closely with Investor Relations, Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and functional Finance teams to develop accurate and consistent financial analyses supporting earnings and external communications.
- Develop executive-level analyses and presentations that clearly communicate financial performance, expected outcomes, key sensitivities, risks, opportunities, and decision points.
- Perform post-quarter analysis to understand differences between forecasted, expected, and actual results and identify key learnings that can strengthen future landing estimates, scenarios, and financial analysis.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve earnings, guidance, landing estimate, and financial analysis processes, increasing the speed, consistency, and quality of decision support.
THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
- 3–5 years of professional financial experience, preferably in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, investor relations, retail, consumer products, or a multi-unit business environment.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Prior FP&A experience preferred, with exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, earnings support, investor relations, or corporate financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex financial relationships, evaluate alternative outcomes, and identify key sensitivities and financial implications.
- Strong understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cashflow and key drivers of enterprise financial performance, with the ability to connect changes in business assumptions to financial outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, concise financial stories and executive-level insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships across Finance and cross-functional business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive deliverables, particularly during earnings and quarter-end cycles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated ability to build complex financial models, driver-based scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and financial analyses.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to develop clear, executive-ready financial presentations.
- Experience with OneStream, SAP, Business Intelligence, or other financial planning/reporting systems is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $79,900.00 - $100,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
