As a Sr Finance Analyst in ISC function here at Honeywell, you will play a key role as a finance and compliance professional supporting ISC audit readiness, inventory governance, internal controls, and executive financial reporting across the ISC organization. Serves as the primary liaison between corporate finance, global site finance teams, Internal Audit, External Audit, and Internal Controls to coordinate audit evidence, compliance documentation, corrective action plans, and policy adherence. Owns recurring ISC leadership reporting (FCOGS) and presentation of financial insights that support operational decision-making.
You will report directly to our Senior Finance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.
- Lead coordination of internal and external audits across a network of manufacturing and distribution sites, ensuring timely collection and submission of audit evidence, supporting documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Manage audit trackers and partner with site finance and operations teams to drive accountability, resolve requests, and meet auditor deadlines.
- Serve as the primary interface with external auditors, aligning on timelines, scope, evidence requirements, and issue resolution while coordinating communications across global stakeholders.
- Educate site personnel on ISC inventory policies, cycle count requirements, and control expectations to improve compliance and strengthen the control environment.
- Present the ISC FCOGS overview to ISC leadership, covering forecast roll-forwards, reporting governance, and regional finance alignment.
- Support executive reporting through preparation of leadership metrics, commentary, and financial performance review materials.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3-5 years of relevant finance, Audit, Internal Controls, or Compliance experience, preferably in industrial automation or manufacturing sectors.
- 1-3 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency and profitability.
- 1-3 years of experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.

- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to develop detailed financial models and perform scenario analysis.
