As a Senior Brand Partnership Manager, you will drive enterprise revenue growth by building strategic relationships with leading consumer brands and agency partners. You’ll combine new-business development with long-term account expansion, helping clients unlock the full potential of creator and user-generated content (UGC) marketing. Working across brand marketing, client success, and creator operations teams, you’ll deliver scalable partnership strategies aligned with clients’ campaign objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise growth, strengthen client relationships, and improve partnership processes in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The position is fully remote, with approximately 40% travel for client meetings and regional engagements.
Accountabilities

Build new enterprise partnerships by leveraging established relationships with consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands and agency networks, converting qualified opportunities into signed agreements.

Expand existing accounts by mapping organizational structures and identifying opportunities across additional brands, business units, and portfolio companies.

Own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and onboarding to ongoing relationship management and account growth.

Advise brand marketing teams on creator and UGC content strategies, ensuring programs align with brand guidelines, messaging, campaign objectives, and broader marketing priorities.

Plan partnership activities around product launches, seasonal campaigns, marketing calendars, and always-on content requirements to support timely delivery.

Develop and refine playbooks, templates, standard operating procedures, and best practices to improve partnership activation and scalability.

Maintain accurate partnership pipelines, campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance records using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.

Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and internal creator operations teams to provide a seamless partner experience.

Build trusted relationships with brand marketing stakeholders and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue and account-growth targets.

5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising sales, or brand partnerships, ideally at a major digital advertising platform or agency.

An established network of relationships with CPG brand marketers and agency partners, with the ability to convert existing connections into new business opportunities.

Strong understanding of creator and UGC content programs, brand marketing strategies, campaign planning, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and always-on content needs.

Experience managing enterprise accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding relationships across multiple stakeholders or business units.

Proven ability to create and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures, and best-practice documentation for partnership or account management teams.

Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, to manage pipelines, track account activity, and maintain accurate records.

Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple partnerships, priorities, and deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate creator marketing solutions into broader brand and business objectives.

Familiarity with advertising and creator content ecosystems across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and Google is preferred.

Experience in CPG, beauty, food and beverage, retail, influencer marketing, or the creator economy is an advantage.

A track record of improving partnership processes as teams and client portfolios grow, along with comfort using AI-powered tools for content review, reporting, or workflow automation.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is also considered.

Willingness to travel approximately 40%, including local client meetings and occasional multi-night regional trips. The role is remote, with no special physical demands specified.

Base salary: $114,000–$140,000 per year.

On-target earnings (OTE): $228,000–$280,000 annually, including base salary and target incentive compensation.
