At Amazon we’ve been using AI-based products for over 20 years. Want to make history? We believe that Data is your Generative AI differentiator. Looking to solve some of the world’s most challenging data problems at scale? Come and join the AWS Analytics team – where we help our customers build and govern some of the world’s largest data lakes, massively parallel data warehouses, and some of the biggest and fastest streaming pipelines. Thousands of customers run managed analytic workloads on Amazon’s industry leading cloud computing platform.
We are looking for an Analytics Specialized Solutions Architect, a Subject Matter Expert (SME) that can help customers leverage AWS services to solve their most challenging business problems. AWS Solution Architects are well-respected and highly-visible, partnering across the company to own the customer’s technical experience. We work directly with our customer’s technical and business leaders, joining forces with Account Managers, Business Development, and Service Teams to enable customer adoption and growth.
AWS Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) are technologists with deep domain-specific expertise, able to address advanced concepts and feature designs. As part of the AWS sales organization, SSAs work with customers who have complex challenges that require expert-level knowledge to solve. SSAs craft scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures that address those challenges. This might involve guiding customers as they refactor an application or designing entirely new cloud-based systems. Do you enjoy solving novel and unique technical challenges for customers? Become an AWS Specialist SA!
The Area Specialist Team is made up of deep domain experts who work directly with our customers to solve their most complex challenges. We are part of the Account Team, responsible for account planning, opportunity identification, and pursuit. We stay closely connected to our customers and bring valuable data and insights to our product teams, strengthening the product roadmap. Our team is at its best when a customer is thinking big and needs specialized experience to innovate for their business.
