Specialist: Organizational Design X3 (Fixed Term Contract)

• To support the development, implementation, and maintenance of organisational structures that align with the organisation's strategic objectives, operating model, governance principles, workforce planning methodologies and job architecture frameworks to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency, compliance and alignment to business strategy. • The role is responsible for analysing organisational structures, conducting job design and job evaluation, developing organisational design recommendations, and ensuring compliance with approved organisational design methodologies, policies, and governance frameworks.
