• Execute production design work by resizing, formatting, and versioning assets for multiple channels and specifications.
• Support campaign and content launches by preparing creative assets for delivery to digital, web, and marketing operations teams.
• Partner with Content Enablement, Digital Campaign Execution, and Web/CMS teams to ensure design assets align with messaging, layout, and channel requirements.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) on creative assets to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, accessibility awareness, and readiness for deployment.
• Maintain organized design files and documentation, following naming conventions and version control standards.
• Support ongoing process improvements and playbooks related to marketing production workflows as the GCC scales.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute against established brand guidelines and templates.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have / growth opportunity:

• Exposure to B2B marketing assets or enterprise brand systems.
