Cloud solution architect at SaskPower, Saskatchewan's provincial power utility, acting as a subject-matter expert on cloud strategy and administration. Day to day they design and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure using IaC, Azure DevOps, DevSecOps/CI-CD pipelines, Power Platform and FinOps, while advising management on policies and business initiatives.

Looking for a Specialist, Cloud Infrastructure (SA) to be part of an agile, innovative team focused on modern technologies and continuous improvement. The role provides technical expertise related to cloud infrastructure, configuration management and solution design, and contributes to documentation and knowledge standards. Operating as part of the Technology & Security team, the position supports the setup, ongoing operation and continuous improvement of modern, secure and regulated technology environments.
As a member of SaskPower’s out of scope team, this position is responsible for acting as a leader and central point of contact, providing expert advice and direction related to cloud services supporting business operations.
A suitable combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered
Candidates under consideration may be required to participate in an assessment process consisting of any/all of the following: interview, abilities test, case study and/or presentation.
