At Elevation Church, we look to link arms in ministry with those who are passionate about stepping into their God-given calling. While we’re a staff from all different backgrounds and walks of life, our mission is the same - to reach people with the Gospel. We’re grounded in scripture and guided by our values, so check out our website () to be sure you’re aligned before you step into the application process with us, particularly paying attention to our Beliefs and our Code.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the timelines, execution, and deliverables for all Special Events (Church Anniversary, Easter & Good Friday, Reflect, Year-End, Christmas, etc).
• Manage all video, graphic design, and screen content, as well as live & stage elements, for Special Programming (at our Broadcast Location (Ballantyne Campus)) and ensure they translate well to non-broadcast campuses.
• Lead brainstorms with our various creative teams after receiving vision from the Creative and Programming Director.
• Work closely with Tech and Production Teams to create a realistic timeline for each Event.
• Manage a brief for each Special Event that all departments can utilize leading up to the event.
• Work closely with other project managers to ensure the creators' schedules are well managed. When building schedules, you’ll consider the full team’s priorities.
• Manage the execution of relevant campus lobby decor for selected Events.
• Manage and operate within departmental budgets.
• Ensure that end products are delivered to our server, our production team, and our Campuses in a timely manner and with excellence.
• Work with and maintain multiple relationships: Designers & Videographers (to complete design projects), our Programming Director (to ensure all support aligns with the needs of the experience), and other Project Managers on our teams (to decide timelines and be aware of other team priorities).

• Experience in building out timelines
• High level of organization
• Excellent at time management and prioritizing
• Excellent verbal and digital communication skills
• High decision-making abilities
• Love working in collaborative environments and have the desire to be learning constantly

• Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
• Familiarity with Elevation Church
• Experience in managing or caring for a team, especially creators

DAY-TO-DAY

• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
• You can’t help but grow on our staff. You’ll be around some incredible people. Professional development opportunities will be all around you, both in structured and unstructured ways.
• We expect you to be disciplined in your spiritual practices - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on and apply the weekly sermon.
• Bring your full self to every project, conversation, and initiative at hand.
