The qualifications below represent the core competencies, skills, and experiences that align most closely with the day-to-day responsibilities of this role - if you don't check every single box and are excited about this work, we still highly encourage you to apply.
The Solutions Engineer is LogicGate's pre-sales technical expert. You'll run discovery sessions to understand what a prospect's risk program needs to accomplish, configure and deliver tailored Risk Cloud demonstrations, build proof-of-concept applications, and ensure every prospective customer has a clear and credible picture of how our platform addresses their specific GRC challenges. This role requires both product mastery and a genuine curiosity about how modern organizations manage risk and compliance.
You'll report to our Solutions Engineering Manager, joining a small, close-knit SE team where your work directly shapes how prospects experience the platform.
