Program Overview

Our 18-month Graduate Program, starting in February/March 2027, is designed to help you build real capability, confidence, and career momentum from day one.

You’ll work on a variety of client projects, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and build your capability through hands-on learning, development opportunities, and mentoring. It’s a program built to broaden your experience and help you thrive in your first full-time role.

About the role:

In this role, you will help design technology solutions that solve real customer challenges while building broad capability across software, cloud, APIs, automation, AI, and infrastructure. You’ll support customer discovery, research solution options, create architecture diagrams, and develop small demos, prototypes, and integrations. Working alongside experienced Solution Architects and specialists, you’ll also learn how solutions are implemented, operated, costed, and presented to customers. As your capability grows, you’ll take ownership of work packages and smaller opportunities, building towards a career as an Associate Solution Architect.

We’re Looking For

At NTT DATA, we’re looking for early talent who are eager to grow, open to learning, and ready to contribute to meaningful work. We don’t expect you to have all the answers. What matters most is your mindset and how you show up. You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, adaptable, and proactive, and you include others as you look for smarter, more impactful ways to solve problems. We value those who build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Our values guide the way we work:
Think Big. Be Bold.
Respect Every Voice
Deliver the Outcome
Win Together

These shape our culture, what we look for in our people and how we'll support you to grow.
