Solutions Engineer

Job Posting: Solutions Engineer
Enaimco's Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform is the place where integrity work happens, embedding daily operations inside a living system of understanding. By connecting physical assets to relevant, searchable digital data, we embed operational workflows directly inside a continuously updating digital twin. This transforms manual data reconciliation into automated clarity, ensuring every engineering decision is based on a current, complete view. At Enaimco, we believe in laying the foundation for intelligent operations. By turning asset data into a continuously learning system, our platform enables contextualized insights today and predictive decision-making tomorrow.

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help be the bridge between our clients' raw data and their fully realized digital twin environment. You will play a vital role in supporting the implementation process, sustaining customer environments, and actively building relationships with our clients. Because we value process innovation, you will also have the freedom to build internal tools to accelerate our onboarding workflows, weigh in on product direction, and help shape our company culture.

What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through the implementation process, conduct data audits on raw client data (e.g., P&IDs, asset lists), and map it to the customer environment, assessing quality to de-risk onboarding.
• Execute the technical build, including establishing asset hierarchies and constructing 2D maps and 3D models for the virtual environment.
• Manage project scope by tracking out-of-scope requests and lead technical stabilization efforts post-go-live to support client sustainment.
• Build internal tools and scripts to continuously improve implementation speed and contribute to core product development.

Who You Are

• Take initiative to solve problems first, then document the process to create transparent, well-defined workflows for future use.
• Confidently interface with clients, make informed decisions, and reduce scope creep to meet go-live dates and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Possess strong communication skills and thrive on collaborating with diverse teams across the company, including Client Success, Product, and Development.
• Don't just want to follow the process; you want to create tools and systems that make the process faster and better.
• Thrive in a dynamic startup environment and are willing to step outside your comfort zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Experience reviewing or creating P&IDs or similar engineering drawings.
• Comfort working with messy data — analyzing, cleaning, and structuring it using databases, complex Excel files, or tag lists.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, including leading technical working sessions and setting clear expectations.
• A track record of owning tasks end to end.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in heavy industry, such as oil and gas.
• Experience with 2D mapping or 3D modelling environments, such as Blender and AutoCAD.
• Experience with project management and documentation tools, such as Notion and Loom.
• Basic programming or scripting skills, such as Python or JavaScript, to build internal workflow tools.

Why Enaimco?

• Work on a fast-growing platform that enables the future of remote and autonomous operations in heavy industry.
• Build software used in demanding real-world environments, where quality and reliability matter.
• Work closely with a small, highly integrated team where your ideas matter and your craft evolves quickly.
• Competitive salary and benefits, including health and dental coverage.
• Flexible working hours and location.

Equal Opportunity

At Enaimco, we are committed to building a high-performing workforce driven by merit, where hiring and advancement decisions are based solely on skills, experience, and qualifications. We believe in fostering an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives, and we recognize that diversity—across age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, disability, and other characteristics—contributes to innovation and strengthens our team. All interested applicants are encouraged to apply, as we evaluate candidates purely on their abilities and fit with our business needs.

Finding some points that don't quite match but still think we'd be a great fit? We encourage you to apply anyway. You could be an excellent candidate for this or another role within Enaimco.
