Solutions Consultant, Post Sales, Enterprise

You partner with Account Managers to expand relationships with Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise customers through product demonstrations, use-case analysis, ROI assessments, technical scoping, and scalable architecture design. You advise on APIs, ERP integrations, HRIS connectors, configuration, and system architecture; troubleshoot blockers; support implementations; contribute to documentation; and channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate new products and features to existing customers
• Evaluate customer requirements through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical scoping
• Design and recommend Ramp architecture using APIs, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors
• Advise customers and internal teams on integration, configuration, and system design
• Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers
• Support Account Managers on technical workstreams
• Advocate for integration development alongside Product and Partners
• Channel customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering
• Contribute to internal documentation, tooling, and knowledge bases

Requirements

• 4+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle Fusion
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture
• Experience running product demonstrations and translating technical capabilities into business value
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and Engineering
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
