Solutions Consultant (Outside Sales)
Build Your Career. Build Your Income. Build Your Future.
Graduate College? Ready to Skip the “Entry-Level” Salary?
What if your very first career after graduation didn’t come with a ceiling?
What if you could earn what many professionals don’t reach until 15 years into their careers?
At Paybility, we’re looking for ambitious, energetic, relationship-driven people who want to build something
extraordinary—not someday, but starting now.
This isn’t a desk job.
This isn’t a corporate cubicle.
This isn’t answering emails all day.
This is getting out into your community, meeting business owners face-to-face, helping them improve their
businesses, and building an income that’s directly tied to the value you create.
If you’ve got confidence, curiosity, work ethic, and aren’t afraid to introduce yourself to someone new...
You may have just found the opportunity of a lifetime.
What You’ll Do
As a Paybility Solutions Consultant, you’ll spend your days meeting local business owners and showing them a
better way to manage critical business services, including:
Payment Processing
Payroll Services
Business Websites
Social Media Management
Business Capital & Lending Solutions
Customer Financing Programs
And other innovative business services
Every conversation has the potential to change a business.
Every new client becomes part of your growing portfolio.
And every month, that portfolio continues paying you residual commissions as those merchants continue
processing and utilizing other services with Paybility.
In other words…
You don’t just earn once.
You build recurring income.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most entry-level jobs offer a salary. We get it, for many it’s needed, and it provides a safety net. We’re offering
something different.
We offer the opportunity to build an income that can continue growing month after month.
Many of our top-performing Solutions Consultants are earning well in excess of $200,000 annually, while
enjoying the flexibility to create their own schedules, build their own territories, and operate their businesses with a
high degree of independence.
There are no artificial income caps.
No territories that limit your growth.
No one deciding how much you’re allowed to earn.
Your success is determined by your effort, your relationships, and your willingness to learn.
Let’s Be Honest…
This role is 100% commission-based.
There is no base salary.
We believe it’s important to be completely transparent because we value your time just as much as our own.
If you’re looking for a guaranteed paycheck every two weeks simply for showing up… This probably isn’t the right
opportunity.
If you’re excited by the idea of building something that belongs to you…

What to Expect Financially
Because this role is commission-only, every candidate should have a thoughtful financial plan before starting.
Whether that’s personal savings, support from family, a spouse’s income, or another source of financial stability,
you’ll want enough runway to allow your business to grow.
Most new Solutions Consultants begin closing their first deals within their first one to two weeks.
Commissions are paid monthly, and many consultants begin generating recurring residual income immediately
after their first merchants begin processing.
Realistically, however, it generally takes approximately 3–6 months to build a portfolio large enough for recurring
monthly residuals to comfortably cover the typical expenses of an average household.
That’s why this opportunity is often an exceptional fit for:
Recent college graduates
Individuals with financial flexibility during their first few months
Career changers with savings or supplemental income
Professionals who already have relationships with local businesses
If you already have an existing portfolio of merchant processing relationships, many willing merchants can begin
transitioning to Paybility immediately, allowing you to generate recurring residual income from your very first month.
Who Thrives Here?
The best Solutions Consultants aren’t necessarily the ones with the best resumes.
They’re the ones who:
✔ Love meeting new people.
✔ Enjoy talking with business owners.
✔ Are naturally competitive.
✔ Want their income to reflect their effort.
✔ Believe status quo can always be improved.
✔ Can hear “no” without giving up.
✔ Want freedom instead of micromanagement.
✔ Prefer being out in the community over sitting behind a desk.
If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and creating opportunities where others see obstacles…
You’ll fit right in.
Your Career Doesn’t Stop at Solutions Consultant

The opportunity to build a six-figure career from the very beginning
While we don’t offer a traditional 401k, lifetime residuals where qualified is our way of ensuring you are paid
well after you retire. In many cases, this could exceed many years of contributions to our 401k.
While we don’t offer traditional benefits, all employees receive access to unlimited virtual doctor visits, and
access to discounted prescription coverage, which covers most traditional non major needs.

Self-motivation
Reliable transportation
A willingness to spend your days meeting businesses in person
