Solutions Architect TradFi and Digital Asset Systems

You will own technical architecture for custom digital-asset platform builds. You will design end-to-end custody, tokenization, settlement, trading, and reporting capabilities; lead technical discovery with institutional clients; translate requirements into architecture; defend design decisions; and remain hands-on through design review, code review, and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Own technical architecture for custom builds across custody, settlement, tokenization, and trading.
• Design end-to-end digital-asset platforms from issuance through reporting.
• Apply TradFi systems knowledge to digital-asset architecture decisions.
• Lead technical discovery and defend architecture with institutional stakeholders.
• Partner with product and engineering on requirements, architecture, and technical decisions.
• Explain and defend on-chain and off-chain tokenization mechanics.
• Review designs and code and build prototypes when they reduce decision risk.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools to improve performance, decision-making, and output quality.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling TradFi systems at a bank, exchange, custodian, or major financial-infrastructure provider.
• Applied understanding of system design and architecture for TradFi and digital-asset systems.
• Fluency in tokenization mechanics and institutional-platform design.
• Experience architecting a full digital-asset platform spanning custody, settlement, tokenization, and trading.
• Specialist-level technical architecture expertise.
• Client-facing experience with Tier-1 institutions.
• Hands-on blockchain infrastructure or tokenization-platform experience preferred.
• Architecture leadership at a custodian, exchange, clearinghouse, or Tier-1 bank preferred.
• Production LLM or AI-agent experience preferred.
