- Build scripts and internal tools that improve integration workflows, troubleshooting, and implementation efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted technical partner to customers, communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather customer feedback and act as an internal voice for customer needs, opportunities, and product improvements.
- Maintain a high degree of ownership across projects while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple technical teams across both internal and external organizations.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within payments, fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, or a closely related domain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementation initiatives simultaneously and consistently drive deliverables to completion.

- Practical scripting and automation experience using tools or languages such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Customer-oriented mindset and confidence working directly with clients throughout complex technical implementations.
- High level of ownership, autonomy, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with distributed teams.
