About thinkbridge
thinkbridge is how growth-stage companies can finally turn into tech disruptors. They get a new way there – with world-class technology strategy, development, maintenance, and data science all in one place. But solving technology problems like these involves a lot more than code. That’s why we encourage think’ers to spend 80% of their time thinking through solutions and 20% coding them. With an average client tenure of 4+ years, you won’t be hopping from project to project here – unless you want to. So, you really can get to know your clients and understand their challenges on a deeper level. At thinkbridge, you can expand your knowledge during work hours specifically reserved for learning. Or even transition to a completely different role in the organization. It’s all about challenging yourself while you challenge small thinking.
thinkbridge is a place where you can:
- Think bigger – because you have the time, opportunity, and support it takes to dig deeper and tackle larger issues.
- Move faster – because you’ll be working with experienced, helpful teams who can guide you through challenges, quickly resolve issues, and show you new ways to get things done.
- Go further – because you have the opportunity to grow professionally, add new skills, and take on new responsibilities in an organization that takes a long-term view of every relationship.
thinkbridge..there’s a new way there. ™
We live by five core values: Outcomes, Quality, Accountability, Communication and Care. This role embodies all five - you'll own outcomes, maintain high technical standards, and communicate effectively across all levels.
Experience Level: Mid Level – 10+years in which relevant experience should be 4+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Consulting, Product Engineering, or a similar role.
- Candidates should have ability to rapidly transform business concepts into production-ready solutions using modern AI-assisted development platforms, delivering value through fast, iterative release cycles and should have demonstrated
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered software engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, or similar), combined with modern CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and agentic AI-driven quality assurance practices.
- Proven track record designing, building, and scaling complex cloud-native enterprise applications in distributed, microservices-based architectures.
- Deep expertise across major cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with the ability to architect and deploy solutions in multi-cloud environments.
- Strong full-stack engineering capabilities with the ability to independently design, develop, test, deploy, and operate complete applications from concept through production, spanning frontend, backend, data, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience making pragmatic build-versus-buy decisions, integrating third-party platforms and APIs, and applying AI technologies to accelerate software delivery while maintaining enterprise-grade security, reliability, and scalability.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable technical solutions, prototypes, and production systems.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise software with minimal supervision in fast-paced startup or innovation environments.
Role Overview: We are looking for a Solution Engineer with strong experience in AI-powered development tools, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and microservices-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand business requirements, build prototypes and practical solutions, and bridge the gap between business and engineering teams. They should be outcome-driven, skilled in modern development practices, and capable of delivering production-ready solutions efficiently.
What You'll Do
As part of the job, you will be required to:
- Work directly with business stakeholders and non-technical executives to understand business problems and desired outcomes.
- Convert ambiguous business requirements into clear technical requirements and solution designs.
- Ask the right questions to uncover workflows, constraints, integrations, and success criteria without relying on deeply technical discussions.
- Rapidly build working prototypes and business applications using modern development tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-assisted ("vibe coding") approaches.
- Evaluate and recommend the right mix of SaaS products, custom development, and integrations to achieve business outcomes quickly.
- Deliver functional solutions with a strong focus on speed-to-outcome and business value.
- Identify gaps between a rapidly developed ("vibe coded") application and a production-grade system.
- Clearly articulate production-readiness requirements—including scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, testing, and monitoring—to Full Stack Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineers to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Drive projects forward despite ambiguity, changing requirements, or technical obstacles.
- Demonstrate ownership and resourcefulness without getting blocked by minor technical challenges.
